2, the installation meets the requirements

2.1 Drive Equipment The drive unit of the teflon conveyor belt consists of a motor, a reducer and a drum. It is required to maintain a certain level of level during installation. 2.2 When the supporting equipment supports the equipment, it consists of a roller frame and a roller. 3, the interface should be cemented

4, the hopper should be installed correctly

The discharge direction of the hopper should be as small as possible with respect to the normal velocity of the teflon conveyor belt. As close as possible to the tangential speed of the teflon conveyor belt, to avoid the large card from scratching the teflon conveyor belt at the discharge port; the material discharge at the feed port should be removed from the longitudinal centerline of the teflon conveyor belt to avoid the deviation of the teflon conveyor belt.
