1. Peel off the release paper (yellow corrugated paper) 2 cm to 4 cm from one end from the PTFE teflon high-temperature adhesive tape, and press with your fingers while sticking. 

2. Use this method to stick the tape to the object little by little, you can avoid air bubbles.

3. Although this method is slow, it can prevent the tape from needing to be removed and adjusted, that is to say, the tape needs to be glued once.

4.If bubbles appear, roll a few rounds on the bubbles.
