PTFE coated high-temperature fabric is a composite material consisting of a high-performance glass fibre fabric base that is coated with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, more commonly known as Teflon). It combines the mechanical strength of the fabric with the exceptional chemical resistance of Teflon, delivering outstanding performance in extreme environments, such as high temperatures and strong corrosion.

1.Exceptional high-temperature resistance Wide operating temperature range: - Suitable for long-term use in extreme temperatures ranging from -70°C to 260°C (some products can withstand temperatures of up to 300°C), with short-term resistance to even higher temperatures.
3.Superior thermal stability: It maintains dimensional integrity at high temperatures without deformation or decomposition, ensuring reliable equipment operation.
4.Outstanding chemical stability and corrosion resistance: Resists corrosion from virtually all strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents and chemicals, making it ideal for use in corrosive environments in the chemical processing and pharmaceutical industries, among others.
5.Superior ageing resistance: It resists degradation from prolonged chemical exposure, ensuring an extended service life.
6.It has outstanding non-stick properties and cleanability. A low surface friction coefficient of 0.05–0.1 provides exceptional non-stick performance.
